Shipping Policy

Crafting time
Every HomelyCraft piece is made after you order it, so there is a crafting window before anything ships.
Engraved pieces: 3-5 working days. Photo pieces, multi-item gift boxes and large signs: 5-7 working days. Peak periods (December, early February, wedding season) may add 2-3 days, and we will tell you before you pay.
Dispatch and delivery
Once your piece is finished it is packed and handed to our courier the same or next working day.
We deliver worldwide from our UK studio. Typical transit is 1-2 working days in the UK, 3-6 working days to the US, Canada and the EU, and 5-10 working days for Australia, the Gulf and the rest of the world.
A tracking number is sent by WhatsApp or email as soon as the parcel is collected.
Charges
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on destination and parcel weight.
Orders over the free-shipping threshold ship free to the UK and the US; the threshold is shown in the bar at the top of every page, in your own currency.
Orders outside the UK may attract customs duty or import tax on arrival. That is charged by your country, not by us, and is paid by the recipient. We declare parcels honestly.
Packing
Fragile pieces - glass, framed items, acrylic - are corner-protected and boxed inside an outer carton.
Gift packaging is included where the product page says so. If the parcel is going directly to the recipient, tell us and we will leave the invoice out of the box.
Delays
If a piece is going to be late, we contact you before the promised date rather than after it. You can wait, switch to a quicker product, or cancel for a full refund if the piece has not yet been engraved.
