This page will hold reviews from real HomelyCraft customers - with their photos, and with their permission. It is empty right now, and we would rather show you an empty page than a fake one.
How we handle reviews
- No written-in-house reviews. Not one, not as placeholders, not "just for launch".
- No stock photos passed off as customer photos. Customer images appear only when the customer sends them and says we may publish them.
- Nothing is edited into a compliment. If a review says the delivery was slow, that is what it will say here.
- No star ratings until there are enough real ones to mean anything. Marking up invented ratings in search results is also a fast route to a Google penalty.
If you have ordered from us
Send a line about how it went, and a photo of the piece if you are happy to, and tell us whether we may publish it with your first name. Both answers are fine - plenty of personalized gifts are private, and we will never publish a name, a photo or a message without being told we can.
For the site owner
To do before launch: collect the first genuine reviews here, then wire them into the product pages. Once there are real, verifiable reviews, Review and AggregateRating schema can be added to those product pages - not before.
