Return & Refund Policy

Personalized items
Items engraved or printed with a name, date, photo or personal message cannot be resold, so they are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
This does not affect your rights where an item is damaged, faulty, or different from the layout you approved.
If something arrives damaged
Send photographs of the item and the packaging within 48 hours of delivery.
We will remake the piece or refund it in full, including delivery. You will not be asked to pay return shipping on a damaged item.
If the engraving is wrong
Before crafting, we send a layout preview for your approval. If the finished piece does not match the preview you approved, we remake it at our cost.
If the preview was approved with a spelling error in it, we will remake the piece at a reduced cost - we cannot absorb it in full, but we will not charge full price either.
Non-personalized items
Unused non-personalized items in their original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item was faulty.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before engraving begins - usually within 24 hours of ordering.
Once a piece has been cut or engraved, it cannot be cancelled.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7-10 working days of approval.
