December is the only month where our lead times genuinely stretch. Orders placed by the end of November ship comfortably; after that we publish a cut-off date and stop taking dated orders once it passes.
Gifts that come back out every year
The ornament set and the first Christmas box are bought once and unpacked every December after that. That is a different kind of value to a gift that is used for a week and then stored.

When should I order Christmas gifts?
By the end of November for anything engraved, and earlier for multi-piece gift boxes. We post the exact December cut-off on the site each year.
Can I order several pieces with different names?
Yes - add them separately, each with its own personalization. For ten pieces or more, message us and we will handle it as one order.
Do you gift wrap?
Every piece is packed gift-ready as standard: tissue, ribbon, a rigid box and a message card written in your words.
