Most engraved pieces are crafted and dispatched in 3-5 working days. Orders with printed photos, multiple pieces or gift boxes take 5-7 working days. In December, early February and peak wedding season, add a few days - we will always tell you the honest date before you pay.

Yes. For any piece with a name, date or message, we send a layout preview on WhatsApp for your approval before we cut. Nothing is engraved until you confirm the spelling.

The wood is cut, engraved, sanded, finished and packed by hand in small batches. Some components - glass, hardware, acrylic panels - are bought in, which is normal for handmade work. We will tell you exactly what is made and what is sourced if you ask.

Yes. Upload it during checkout or send it on WhatsApp with your order number. Higher-resolution photos print better, but we can also clean up older or scanned photographs before printing.

Yes. We ship worldwide with tracking. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout from your destination, and customs or import duty, where it applies, is paid by the recipient.

Prices are set in pounds sterling (we are a UK studio) and converted into your local currency at the day's exchange rate, so the converted figure moves slightly. You can switch currency yourself using the selector in the header; the GBP price is the one your payment is based on.

Personalized items cannot be resold, so they are not eligible for a change-of-mind return. If the piece arrives damaged, or the engraving does not match the layout you approved, we remake it or refund it in full. Full details are in our Return & Refund Policy.

Yes, from 10 pieces upwards, with individual name engraving rather than just company branding. Message us with quantities and we will quote a lead time.

Tell us the date before you order. If we cannot make it honestly, we will say so rather than take the order and miss it. In some cases we can dispatch a smaller engraved piece quickly and follow with the rest.
