Layout previews

For every personalized order we prepare a layout and send it for approval before anything is cut. Nothing is engraved without your confirmation.

If we do not hear back within 3 working days we will follow up; the crafting clock starts once you approve.

Names: up to 30 characters per line. Messages: up to 120 characters unless the product page says otherwise.

Longer text is possible on larger pieces but reduces the engraving size. We will tell you if the text will not read well at scale.

Send the highest-resolution version you have - straight from the camera or phone gallery rather than a screenshot or a WhatsApp forward.

We can clean up scanned, creased or faded photographs before printing. Heavily blurred images cannot be fixed and we will say so before printing.

Photos are used only to make your order and are deleted from our working files after delivery unless you ask us to keep them for a reorder.

Content that is hateful, obscene, or targets a person or group.

Third-party logos, brand names or copyrighted artwork you do not own the rights to.

Anything we believe is intended to deceive or impersonate.

Wood grain, colour and finish vary between pieces. Small differences from the product photographs are a property of handmade work, not a defect.
