Send the best file you have
Straight from the camera or the phone gallery, not a screenshot and not a photo forwarded through a messaging app - those are compressed and print soft. If the only copy is a print, photograph it flat in daylight and we will work from that.
We can repair old photographs
Creased, faded and scanned photographs can usually be cleaned up before printing, which is how most of our parents' anniversary frames are made. Heavily blurred images cannot be rescued, and we will say so before printing rather than after.

What resolution does my photo need to be?
As a rule, 2000 pixels on the long edge prints well up to 8 x 10 inches. Send the largest file you have and we will tell you the biggest size it will carry.
Can you print more than one photo?
Yes - the collage frame holds between three and six photographs, and we lay them out for you.
What happens to my photo afterwards?
It is used only for your order and removed from our working files after delivery, unless you ask us to keep it so you can reorder.
